Join us in conversation with local filmmaking artists and event coordinators from the Eccentric Artists team as they share their creative approaches to fundraising, community building and making movies.
For over six years Eccentric Artists has been working to redefine business production standards, promote diversity and inclusion, and create opportunities for shared upward mobility, especially for underrepresented artists. Through their annual Shameless Plug event, they create an accessible, collaborative, and celebratory space – to ease the competitive environment that often comes with being an artist in today’s world. Their film productions include feature films Home: A Mother of 3000 and Crave (spotlighting artistic communities) and a Filipnix Gothic short film Gamu-Gamo (where they are leveraging their connections to bring a movie and a moth to life).

Jemsen Yumico Bollozos:
Co-Founder, Creative Director & Strategic Business Partnership
Jemsen Yumico Bollozos is a 3x Emmy winner and Telly Awards recipient.
In 2020, she co-founded the film and event production company Eccentric Artists. Jemsen is also a producer at Frequency Pictures, overseeing projects across a range of production scopes.
Jemsen directed the commercial series “At the Heart of Vegas” for the Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority, earning Emmy Awards from the NATAS Pacific Southwest Chapter. She also directed the documentary series Local Time, created by Michelle Patrick, highlighting local businesses and the communities they serve. She was featured in the 2024 Las Vegas Weekly, which highlighted her work including the feature-length documentary HOME: A Mother of 3000, winner of Best Nevada Film at the Nevada Women’s Film Festival. She is currently in pre-production for Gamu-Gamo (meaning “moth” in Filipino), a narrative short exploring identity, heritage, and family.
Bollozos continues to build culturally grounded narrative, documentary, and branded work that amplifies community voices.
Tiffanie Rose Ignacio:
Co-Founder, Director of Operations & Community Partnerships, Events and Festival Director
Tiffanie Rose Ignacio is a Filipino filmmaker based in Las Vegas, NV. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Film (2017) and has gained extensive experience as a freelance Film & Video Editor and Production Coordinator.
In 2020, Tiffanie co-founded Eccentric Artists, a hybrid art collective and film production company that specializes in producing events and content that empowers artists to connect, create, and collaborate. She serves as the Director of Operations and Events, as well as the Festival Director for the annual Shameless Plug Arts Festival.
Throughout her career, Tiffanie has worked with renowned brands including Adobe, Spinlaunch, and TLC Network. She currently works as a Video Editor at a local media company, producing content for clients such as Cox, Area15, and Formula 1. Beyond client work, Tiffanie dedicates time to passion projects such as “Papa Voodoo,” “Drowning in Air,” and “HOME: A Mother of 3000.” Her latest editing work can be seen in “A Letter of Last Resort,” which is currently making its way through the festival circuit and earning Best Short Film and Best Editor, among other recognitions.
Dani Ladner:
Public Relations Manager, Community Outreach
Dani Ladner is a filmmaker based in Las Vegas, NV. Dani originally started off as a volunteer for the first annual Shameless Plug Arts Festival and became more involved with Eccentric Artists through the years. No longer a volunteer, Dani now acts as Public Relations and Community Outreach within the organization. Dani worked as the gaffer on the feature-length documentary HOME: A Mother of 3000 and documentary series Local Time. Outside of Eccentric Artists, Dani works in the film industry as a PA.
Veronica Castillo:
Eccentric Artists Co-Founder, Director of Human Resources, Digital Content Tech Lead
Veronica Castillo is a Mexican-Guatemalan filmmaker based in Las Vegas, Nevada. She received her BA in Film from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. She has worked on several shorts and music videos as an assistant director and actor. Her short film, An Arrangement of Skin, won Best Audience Award for UNLV’s Spring Flicks in 2017 and screened at SSFF Spring Shorts Festival. She is also a co-founding board member of Eccentric Artists, a film collective committed to highlighting artists and forming community. Her focus is on producing and directing feature films, short films, and animated doodles. Veronica is currently producing Critical Incidents, a feature film in production for Fall 2021.
Nadine-Gabrielle Natividad:
Eccentric Artists Co-Founder, Director of Sales and Marketing, Social Media Creator, Editor-in-Chief
Nadine-Gabrielle Natividad graduated from UNLV in 2016 with a Bachelor’s degree in both Film Studies and English Literature. After graduating, she scripts wrote for the YouTube channel “Talltanic”, which had over 1 million subscribers. In that time, she also produced award-winning films, in both short and feature-length categories.
In 2020, she co-founded Eccentric Artists, a production company that aims to unite underrepresented voices in creative media. She currently resides in Los Angeles where she has worked for studios such as NBCUniversal, HBO, AppleTV, Disney, and more. GAMU-GAMO, an upcoming Filipinx Gothic Horror she wrote will be produced by Eccentric Artists, and is slated to start production in late 2026.
