The Jury for this year’s Femmy Awards includes two board members as well as four esteemed community members:
JJ Snyder
JJ Snyder is a dynamic host on the Las Vegas Morning Blend at ABC Ch 13. She has interviewed many of the nation’s most notable movie stars, industry experts and Vegas headliners including John Legend, Ringo Starr, Garth Brooks, and Ricky Martin.
A farm girl from Washington State she began performing at the age of 10. After studying theatre in London and graduating from USC, she appeared in various roles on stage and in TV shows like CSI, Grey’s Anatomy, Two and a Half Men, Family Guy and the film Coyote Ugly.
She developed a passion for journalism working on America’s Most Wanted with John Walsh and went on to join On The Red Carpet on ABC as a national correspondent covering Hollywood movie premieres. She has interviewed Will Ferrell, Tom Cruise, and Sandra Bullock and many more.
She moved to Las Vegas 7 years ago with her husband Billy and their two rescue dogs.
David Rosen
David Rosen is an award-winning composer who has worked on films and all kinds of media in Las Vegas and throughout the world. For almost 20 years, he has been collaborating with filmmakers and visual artists on their projects, as well as on music videos for his own instrumental music from his albums. Along with his composing work, David produces podcasts and has hosted the Piecing It Together Podcast, a podcast about movies and the movies that inspired them, for the past five years. He is always looking for guest co-hosts to join him on episodes of Piecing It Together, and welcomes filmmakers and anyone who is passionate about movies.
Anne Kellogg
Anne Kellogg is a Las Vegas-native who has spent a lifetime celebrating all things Nevada. Her passion for arts patronage started for her as a child and has grown into a life-long pursuit. She helped create First Friday Las Vegas, served as the marketing director for the Las Vegas Art Museum under Libby Lumpkin and founded Las Vegas Paper Doll Public Relations. Anne spent the first part of her career as a journalist with stints at the Las Vegas Weekly, Nevada Magazine and the Daily Sparks Tribune among other. Her work has been published in Sunset Magazine, TimeOut Las Vegas guides and Best Places Las Vegas. For the past 18 years, she has served on the board of Nevada Women’s Philanthropy, a pooled-fund large gift making organization. She and her husband, Matthew Disher split their time between her beloved Las Vegas and eastern Nevada’s mystic high desert.
Jessica Rosado
Originally from Tampa Bay, Florida, Jessica Rosado has lived and experienced areas across the US and now calls Las Vegas home. With a background in film and digital production, broadcast production, brand management, and acting across different mediums, Jessica is now the Co-Host for KTNV Channel 13’s Morning Blend.
Jessica is the Owner of Elevated Tea Media – a film production and digital marketing company that recently co-produced the short film Paper Line. She is also the creator and host for The Digital Coffee Date podcast which shares inspirational stories of women in business around the world through impactful storytelling and a digital community.
Through her 13 years of brand marketing experience, she has elevated brand recognition for multi-million dollar businesses, launched full-scale marketing campaigns, delivered cohesive brand tone, and led a variety of teams on overall directives.
Outside of her experiences, she is a member of Women in Film, the National Association of Latino Independent Producers, the National Society of Leadership and Success, the Latin Chamber of Commerce in Las Vegas, and an advocate for women’s equity and equality.
Jessica is someone who is heavily skilled in providing effective and creative digital production and strategy. She continues pursuing opportunities where her skills and expertise reach greater levels of impact. As she proclaims of her personal brand, “Jessica Rosado is where passion, creativity, and impact meet.”
